I'm normally a glass half empty type when it comes to West Ham matchday but today I feel relaxed and confident.

It is worrying.

Re: Sunderland v West Ham - Official Match Thread
hilariously, the 'hammers symbol' so many are fund of using is the Japanese kanji for 'dad'.

:-)

All good Ted thanks. Hope all is well with you.

Not on TV today and my internet connection is not good enough for a stream. Have to rely on BBC and Sky text updates.

Thatch head said that they defended well against the bin dippers and the week before, seems they setting up for a clean sheet, then see if they can nick a 1-0.

Carroll is key here and they know it, so will be all over him, hoping Sakho can pick up the scraps!

0-2 to the Cockney boys!

Re: Sunderland v West Ham - Official Match Thread
Trickier than first thought - lost the same amount of games as us, and taking out the anomaly 8-0 defeat, they have one of the very best defensive records in the league. However when combined with a very, very low goals for record, this is looking like a 0-0 or 0-1 if we can nick one, happy with either to be honest, but a 4th win in the spin going into Leicester at home next week would be truly sensational!
